In brief

The Sindh Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Act 2013 recognises physical, emotional, psychological and economic abuse in the home. A court can issue protection orders and other relief, and criminal offences can also be reported to the police.

Safety comes first. We listen carefully, help you plan the legal steps, keep matters confidential, and combine protection with any related family claims. If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 15.

Who this is for

Women, children and other vulnerable family members facing abuse at home, and those supporting them.
