Constitutional Lawyer in Karachi
Protection of fundamental rights and challenges to unlawful government action in the High Court of Sindh.

In brief
The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees fundamental rights in Articles 8 to 28, including liberty, dignity, fair trial, property and freedom of trade. When a public authority violates them or exceeds its powers, the High Court can intervene under Article 199.
We advise individuals, businesses and organisations on whether a constitutional remedy is really available, since the courts usually expect any adequate alternative remedy to be used first.
Citizens, companies, employees and associations affected by unlawful action of a public body.
How we can assist
- Fundamental rights petitions
- Challenges to government orders and notifications
- Licensing, regulatory and public-body disputes
- Public interest matters, where appropriate
- Interim relief against government action
